Are AKYRA products authentic?
Yes. We do not sell imitations or unauthorised copies. We collab directly with the designers to offer you the original designs and the best quality. Every brand is carefully selected for its originality, quality and creative identity.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Available destinations are shown at checkout—if you can select your country and complete checkout, we currently ship to your location. Every order includes tracking once dispatched.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders require 2–5 business days for processing. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 4–7 business days. Pre-order products have longer processing times, which are clearly stated on their product pages.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 14 days after delivery, provided the item meets the conditions in our return policy. Because sizing varies between independent designers, we recommend checking the measurements on each product page before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and shipping label. Our support team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
