Shipping policy


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once ready, your items are securely packaged and shipped.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. All taxes and duties are included in the price so there are no unexpected fees at delivery.

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days.
Shipping times may vary slightly due to customs or remote locations, so please allow a few extra days if needed.

 

Delivery & Responsibility

While we do everything possible to ensure smooth delivery, Akyra is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other external factors.

We are also not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen afterward
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

That said, if anything goes wrong, we’ll do our best to support you. In the rare case a package is lost in transit, we will reship your order.

For any issues, we prioritize reshipping items over issuing refunds to prevent potential misuse of our refund policy.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
You can also check the status via our tracking page.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, tracking will not be available.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in processing and cancellation is no longer guaranteed, even if tracking has not yet been updated.

 

Address Changes

Need to update your address? Contact us as soon as possible at contact@akyraofficial.com with your order number and updated details.

Once your order has entered the fulfillment stage, we cannot guarantee changes can be made, but we’ll always try to help.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

We will resolve the issue and prioritize sending a replacement. In some cases, you may be asked to return the damaged item.

 

Split Shipments

If there’s a delay with part of your order, we may ship available items first.
You’ll be notified by email if your order is split into multiple shipments.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to secure items before they’re available.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will ship first.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available, with separate tracking provided.

 

Order Updates

You’ll receive email updates throughout the process, including when your order ships and any changes to your delivery.
