We make sure taxes, customs costs, and duties are handled on our side, so there are no surprise charges for you later on.

Orders usually take 2 to 5 business days to process before they are shipped out.

If you ordered a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page.

Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days.

International shipping can sometimes take a little longer because of customs or local delivery delays, so it is always good to allow a few extra days just in case.

We ship to most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions.

If you are able to complete checkout, that means we currently ship to your location.

Orders are shipped from China, where many of the independent designers we work with are based.

This lets us offer their original pieces to customers worldwide with tracked shipping.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking code.

If your package is taking a little longer than expected, please allow a few extra days first. If it is well past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will look into it for you.

Yes, as long as your order has not already been packed or dispatched.

If you need to update your address, email us as soon as possible at contact@akyraofficial.com with your new details and order number.

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Because international return shipping can be expensive, we strongly recommend checking your measurements carefully before ordering.

Returns need to be requested first and approved before being sent.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, your refund will be processed shortly after.

Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, please request a return for a refund first, then place a new order for the correct item.

If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it.

We will cancel and refund it if it is still within that window. After 12 hours, cancellation is no longer possible because your order may already be in process of fulfillment.

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email us as soon as possible at contact@akyraofficial.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can sort it out properly.

Most of our items use Asian sizing, so if you are unsure, sizing up is usually the safer option.

That said, a lot of the pieces we carry are designed with an oversized fit, so the best thing to do is always check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Restocks depend on the individual designer, so we usually cannot give exact dates ourselves.

That said, a lot of pieces do come back after a while, so it is worth checking in again later.

Some of our pieces are not kept in stock and the designer will start creating your piece as soon as you place an order for it.

If you order a pre-order item, the expected ship-out time is usually around 10 to 20 days. Once it is ready, it will be shipped out as normal.
