Return information

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping to our warehouse in China. Due to international customs requirements, prepaid return labels are not available.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering to help avoid unnecessary returns.

 

How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Center.

  1. Enter your order number and email address.
  2. Select the item(s) you want to return and follow the steps.
  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with clear shipping instructions and the return address.

 

Shipping your return

Please use a trackable shipping service and upload your tracking number in the return portal. This allows us to monitor your return and process your refund once it arrives.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will prioritize sending you a replacement so you can enjoy your piece as soon as possible.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as fulfillment may have already begun, even if tracking has not yet been updated.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
